How do I connect a marketplace?
Sign in, open Integrations, choose the marketplace, and follow its secure authorization steps. Inzoly never asks you to paste a marketplace password.
What should I do if an import is still running?
Leave the import job available to continue in the background. You can return to Integrations to review progress, failures, and completed counts without starting the same import again.
Will Inzoly publish listings automatically?
No. Listing drafts remain private until you review them and explicitly choose an available publishing or copy workflow.
How are AI costs controlled?
AI actions are tracked against plan allowances. Inzoly is designed to stop unavailable AI actions instead of silently creating unapproved overage charges.
Where can I manage billing?
Signed-in customers can open Billing from the Inzoly workspace to review plan access and use the secure billing portal when available.
